TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

By proceeding you agree to the following:

LEM Watch Repairs is a service. The customer (“You”) send in a deposit along with your watch or timepiece needing repair, and we issue you an estimate which can be accepted or declined. 

Any and all transactions conducted on this site are solely the responsibility of LEM Watch Repairs and such visitors.

You remain responsible for the risk-of-loss for the products until delivery of the same to LEM Watch Repairs. You are responsible for any damages that may occur to your product while in transit. Risk-of-Loss only passes to LEM Watch Repairs upon receipt of product. LEM Watch Repairs is not responsible for loss or damage during shipment or delivery. Watch Repairs USA is the “shipper” only in name in order to expedite and facilitate the shipping process.

The deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise noted in this agreement. The deposit will be deducted from the total repair cost. Upon acceptance of our repair estimate, you will be required to pay either with a credit card, Stripe, PayPal, or check / money order for the remaining balance. If the Watch Repairs USA deems the watch unrepairable after payment, a full refund (including deposit) minus return shipping is issued.

LEM Watch Repairs does not guarantee that we can repair your watch. We must first examine your watch. Please note that, in some case, the cost of repair may exceed the value of the watch.

LEM Watch Repairs offers free incoming (to our facility) shipping only. Customer is responsible for return shipping in all scenarios.
In the event that you do not want to proceed with the repairs, and do not want to pay for return shipping, we will hold onto your unrepaired watch for a period of no longer than one (1) year in case you change your mind

Length of repair time. We make no guarantees or promises regarding the length of repair time. Nor are we responsible for any delays caused by the unavailability of parts or delays in part shipments by the supplier or manufacturer.

Return Shipment. Our shipping providers do not telephone prior to delivering packages, and we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. If you are not available to receive the delivery after three attempts, the package may be returned to us, at which point you are responsible for an additional payment to cover re-shipment.

Entire Agreement/No Waiver. These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.
